See who we're raising for

Our first campaign

A Delaware sister missionary is preparing to serve.

She is preparing to serve with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This campaign will help with shoes, appropriate clothing, luggage, and other materials she needs before leaving. ALMA is not affiliated with any religious organization and supports neighbors of every faith.

What we actually do

We raise for one person at a time

A real person, a real need we can verify. We keep it focused, one campaign at a time, so the help goes where it's meant to.

We tell the story, with permission

Short, honest, in their words, and only what they've agreed to share. No drama, no details they didn't give us.

We're learning the rights side from people who know it

We're talking with ACLU of Delaware, La Esperanza and the Delaware Hispanic Commission. None of it is finalized, and we say so on the Partners page.

We never touch the money.

Every campaign links straight to the recipient's own fundraiser. Your card never talks to us. When the need is covered, we post here what it covered.

This is the first thing we've ever done.

No track record, no annual report, no staff. Just neighbors in Delaware who got tired of waiting for someone else to organize this. If that's enough for you, chip in $20 or send the campaign to your family group chat.
